To be a place of belonging, where there is freedom to be yourself, freedom to worship God, and freedom to grow and be creative. Our desire is not so much to be a “ministry” or “service” to anyone - but rather to be a “community” of people, broken, struggling, growing, sometimes laughing and sometimes crying.  In the context of downtown Vancouver, amidst all of the isolation, hurt, loneliness, addiction and death, we want to be a place of light and life.

For Celtic-style prayers and daily office, the Northumbria Community  provides morning, mid-day, and, evening prayers, readings and scripture.

The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the American Medical Association (AMA) have paired up to deliver the Exercise is Medicine campaign.  The campaign provides health care providers, fitness professionals and the general public with resources that can be applied to specific medical concerns (physical, mental health, etc).
